Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds or 700g ground meat
  • 1cup milk
  • 1 onion chopped.
  • 1 and half egg yolk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 cup full of dried bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 3 spoons or 1/3 cup of ketchup

Method

Tip: add more eggs if your meat loaf fall apart or doesn't reatain its shape.

  1. Allow oven to gain 355 F.
  2. Mix beaf, egg, onion, milk and brwad crumbs. Season this mixture with salt and pepper and put it in a lighty greased loaf pan or baking dish.
  3. Mix brown sugar,mustard and ketchup in a small bowl and pour over meat loaf.
  4. Bake in 355 F for an hour. Your meat loaf is ready! If results are not good try again and you need to put your best to make a perfect meat loaf.

Method

Method

Ingredients:
  • Eight pieces of boneless chicken thighs
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 large onion( thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup olive oil 
  • 3/4 tbsp of ground cumin, paprika, turmeric powder,  garlic powder, ground coriander each.
  • 1/2 tbsp ground cloves and 1/2 tbsp Cayenne pepper or as desired.

Instruction:

Cut chicken thighs(boneless) into small pieces then add spices, lemon juice and olive then marinate it for atleast three hours. In case, if you don't have enough time, you can bake without marinating.Still delicious!

  1. Mix cumin, turmeric, coriander, paprika, garlic powder and cloves in a small bowl. Keep this aside.
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt on both sides and cut them into small pieces. Now add slices,onions,olive and lemonjuice. Refrigerate for three hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400 degree F and then put the marinated chicken and roast it for 30-32 minutes.
  4. Make 6 pita pockets open them up and add tahini sauce and chicken shawarma. Bravo your shawarma is ready. Serve immediately!

  • Chicken and vegetable stock 6 cups.
  • Chicken boiled and shredded one and half cup.
  • Egg white (2).
  • Black pepper,soy sauce, salt, vinegar as desired( to taste).
  • Cream of corn boiled one and half cup.
  • One cup water plus 4-5 tbs corn flour.


                                   Directions

  1. Add chicken and corn and cook for 9-10 minutes.
  2. Add salt to taste.
  3. Mix corn flour in water and add gradually. Cook until the mixture thickens.
  4. Beat 2 egg whites and add while stirring continuously.
  5. Your chicken corn soup is ready.
  6. Serve with soy sauce, vinegar, salt & pepper, chili sauce.
