1) Lemon and Pepper Tea

Serving: 1 Person
      
Ingredients
  • Juice of a lemon
  • A pinch of pepper
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey 
  • Turmeric powder a pinch or as you like.

Method

Boil a cup of water and add pepper, lemon juice, turmeric powder and honey. Stir continiously while heating for 6-8 minutes. Your Lemon tea is ready!

2) Ginger Tea

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves and cinnamon bark

Method

Bring a cup of water (1 cup per serving) to heat and add ginger powder, honey, cloves and cinnamon bark and heat for 7-8 minutes. Your ginger tea is ready! 


3) Mint Tea

Mint tea is really good for brain health as it enhances memory.It is a best remedy for indigestion and gas.

Ingredients

  • A handful of mint leaves
  • A lemon (if you like)
  • A branch of rosemary(many health benefits)

Method

  1. Boil water and add rosemary and boil for a minute or two.
  2. Pour the water into a cup containing chopped mint leaves. Let it for 2 minutes.
  3. Add few drops of lemon juice if you like.
  4. Your mint tea is ready. Enjoy!
