Chicken corn soup
Hello guys! Lets make chicken corn soup the easy way. Lets get started!
Ingredients
- Chicken and vegetable stock 6 cups.
- Chicken boiled and shredded one and half cup.
- Egg white (2).
- Black pepper,soy sauce, salt, vinegar as desired( to taste).
- Cream of corn boiled one and half cup.
- One cup water plus 4-5 tbs corn flour.
Directions
- Add chicken and corn and cook for 9-10 minutes.
- Add salt to taste.
- Mix corn flour in water and add gradually. Cook until the mixture thickens.
- Beat 2 egg whites and add while stirring continuously.
- Your chicken corn soup is ready.
- Serve with soy sauce, vinegar, salt & pepper, chili sauce.
